This lovely piece features a silhouette in the center of a beaded textured shallow bowl or plate with a pink bowl at the top on a white ground. This piece is in great condition and is sure to be a wonderful addition to any collection.

$125.00Beautiful 4 1/2" Candlestick holder by ROSEVILLE, part of the FREESIA - DELFT BLUE line (This was the only pattern introduced in 1945). It features a pattern of white and yellow flowers on a blue background, in a matte finish. Shape #1161. The ROSEVILLE POTTERY was founded in 1890 by J.F. Weaver in Roseville, Ohio and initially produced utilitarian household items. In 1900 Ross C. Purdy was hired to create the company's first art pottery line - ROZANE. The final designs by ROSEVILLE were produced in 1953 - the company was bought by the MOSAIC TILE COMPANY in 1954. Many of ROSEVILLE items are generally associated with MISSION STYLE furnishing.
$750.00Vintage Set of Five (5) Turtle Soup Bowls with Lids. They are very detailed in shades of brown. The shells of the turtles are the lids. The tails are part of the lids and the heads are part of the bowls. They have their legs tucked into their shells and the bottoms are formed to look exactly like a turtle's belly. These great ceramic bowls are a fantastic conversation starter at any dinner table! There is one extra Lid, for a total of eleven (11) pieces.
$350.00Rare and Elegant Thomas Webb England, Crystal Decanter Set with Six (6) Cordial Glasses. This beautiful decanter set is gorgeously decorated with triangular star cuts inside of larger square cuts. It almost has a Star of David look to it. The neck of the decanter is tapered to a flare where it meets the stopper. The ridges of the tapers have little cuts that give it a wonderful feeling texture. The stopper has the same decoration around it and a sunburst on top. The stems of the glasses mimic the neck of the decanter. The base of the decanter and glasses are finished with a sunburst cut.

$125.00Set of 4 hand painted bread and butter plates by SYRACUSE CHINA, ECONO RIM (6 1/2" diameter), RESTAURANT WARE. We acquired them from the son of one of SYRACUSE artists - however, we are not sure whether these plates were made for commercial purposes and, if so, for which restaurant were made or whether they were just experimental. SYRACUSE CHINA CORPORATION operated in Syracuse, New York until closing, in 2009. Founded in 1841 as FARRAR POTTERY, it then became ONONDAGA POTTERY COMPANY (O.P.Co.) and eventually SYRACUSE CHINA CORPORATION. The logo found on the back of our plates was used between 1933 and 1967.
$650.00ROYAL COPENHAGEN stoneware, blue figure. "GRAND VIZIER", number 21700, by J. HEDEGAARD (June 1959). Johannes Hedegaard worked at Royal Copenhagen from 1948-1966. The blue glaze alternated to unglazed portions visible in this figure is found in many of his works created in the 1950s.
$495.00ROYAL DOULTON figurine portraying two parrots (parakeets or budgerigars) on a tree branch. Fully marked on the bottom (MADE IN ENGLAND, ROYAL-DOULTON, ENGLAND, BONE CHINA, BUDGERIGAR HN.2547, H.F.). The HN found on all Royal Doulton items after 1913 refers to HARRY NIXON, who was in charge of painting the figurines produced by the company. From 1928 to 1954 a number was placed to the right of the crown's mark - added to 1927, that number gives the year of manufacture of that particular item. Our figurine, following this method, dates back to 1941. The company founded by John DOULTON, Martha Jones & John Watts in Lambeth, took the name DOULTON in 1853. After the popularity of Doulton products came to the attention of the Royal family and the Burslem factory was granted the Royal Warrant by King Edward VII, the company adopted the new name ROYAL DOULTON. In 1956, the factory was closed due to clean air regulations preventing urban production of salt glaze and the production was transferred to The Potteries Urban Area.

$75.00GOEBEL "Blue Boy". Marked with the name of the artist (Thomas Gainsborough), dated 1966. Goebel was founded in 1871 by Franz Detleff Goebel and his son, William. The first porcelain factory started in 1878 and was subsequently named "Wilhelmsefeld". Goebel made a broad variety of exquisite figurines during its over 130 years of history - producing luxury items that quickly became the object of desire for people in Germany, Europe and overseas. One very popular line of figurines produced by Goebel is the M.I.HUmmel - introduced first in 1935 at the Leipzig Fair and the result of a collaboration between Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel (who provided the drawings for the figurines) and Goebel master sculptors Reinhold Unger & Arthur Moller.

$465.00RICHARD-GINORI tea set, including tray, teapot, sugar and creamer, two cups with saucers. Transfer decorated with different scenes on each piece (see attached photos). The marquis Carlo Ginori founded the MANIFATTURA DI DOCCIA in 1735. In 1896, the factory was acquired by the milanese group CERAMICA RICHARD, founded by Giulio RICHARD ... hence the new name RICHARD-GINORI. This company still produces exquisite ceramics today and is well know to enlist extraordinary talents such as that of GIO PONTI (who won the Gran Prix at the Paris Expo of 1925 exactly for the ceramics he made for Richard-Ginori).
